Subscription – what does it mean? 

We will regularly provide our honey and bee products, including home delivery. You choose by yourself the set that you like and how often you want to receive it. In our subscription sets you will get discounts, surprises and free gifts to thank you for being our regular customer. 

What happens if we do not have in stock the product from your set? 

Sometimes bees do not always produce sufficient amounts of honey, pollen, or bee bread, so from time to time we reserve the right to replace one product with another. Each change made in your set will be consulted directly with you. 

Can I change my subscription set? 

If you want to change the set after making the first payment, you have to send us an email to cancel and then subscribe the new set. 

How will I be billed? 

Your billing cycle starts on the day of making the order. For instance, if you subscribe the set on 1st July, you will make the payment on the same day. Next the fee will be charged each 3,6 or 12 months, depending on the type of subscription you will choose. 

I have moved or I am planning to move. Can I change the delivery address? 

You just have to log into the user panel and enter your new address.

Can I return my order? 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation.  However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

Bees Treasure will not be held responsible for peoples differing tastes and products cannot be returned for this reason. All our descriptions are based on our taste and could differ from your own individual palette.

A decision on replacement or refund will be made only after satisfactory inspection and is completely discretionary.
