Herbal honeys are valuable bee products formed on the basis of nutrients, based on herbal or fruity extracts as well as honey. Nutrients are prepared in order to use therapeutic values of medicinal plants, which are not melliferous.
1. Nettle herbal honey
Produced by bees using nutrients obtained from processed, young leaves and tops of nettles, picked on our own in May.
